Office Junior - Biggleswade Utilities

We are partnering with a cradle to grave project delivery partner specialising in planning, commercial and project management. Due to continued growth in their team, they are seeking an Office Junior to aid with their development in Biggleswade.

Responsibilities

Document Management and Filing: Ensuring that all project-related documents, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence, are properly organized and easily accessible. This may involve creating and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems.

Assisting with Financial Tracking: Supporting the commercial manager in tracking project costs, monitoring budgets, and updating spreadsheets. This may include helping to process invoices, track expenses, and assist with financial reporting.

Scheduling and Coordination: Assisting with scheduling meetings, site visits, and deadlines related to the project. This may include coordinating with team members, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all tasks and milestones are met on time.

Preparing Reports and Presentations: Helping with the preparation of project reports, including progress updates, cost analysis, and other necessary documentation. The office junior may assist in preparing presentations for stakeholders, ensuring that they are accurate and up to date.

Communication and Correspondence: Acting as a liaison between the commercial manager and other project team members, contractors, or clients. The office junior may assist with responding to emails, taking phone calls, and handling day-to-day inquiries related to the project.
