Document Controller

Job Role

We are looking for a Document Controller to join our team at our Head Office in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. This role is responsible for efficiently preparing and managing documents, accurately and in a timely manner. You will control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents using various business systems.

Job Responsibilities • Providing Document Control support, including typing, letter writing, photocopying, scanning, filing, printing, compiling reports, typing up meeting minutes etc.• Ensuring documentation is compliant with the company's quality requirements.• Supporting the company on quality related matters• Updating the document control files and management system of the project• Ensuring project related information is up to date and accurately filed electronically.• Creating various trackers, registers and other tools as required to ensure that all stored information is accessible and easy to find• Ensuring all templates used with the department conform to the Company standard.• Ad hoc duties as required to assistSkills and Experience required• Previous data entry experience.• Excellent administration skills.• Strong attention to detail.• Ability to work well under pressure.• Good customer service skills both written and verbally.• Team Player• Can do attitude• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
