ReeVR Talent is working with a leading engineering company specialising in automated manufacturing systems and machinery. They are seeking an innovative R&D Engineer to drive cutting-edge projects from concept to completion—designing, prototyping, and optimising advanced electro-mechanical solutions for industrial applications.
The Role
- Research and develop new automation and machinery technologies
- Design precision-engineered components and electrical schematics using 2D & 3D CAD
- Build and test automated manufacturing systems and prototypes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with teams across R&D, production, sales, and service
- Provide technical support and drive continuous improvement
- Occasional global travel to oversee implementations
What We’re Looking For
- Background in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering
- Experience with industrial machinery, automated systems, or process engineering
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) for detailed design
- PLC programming knowledge (advantageous)
- A problem-solver who thrives in hands-on R&D environments
