Our client is a luxury hot tub distributor that has seen incredible growth over recent years. To ensure excellent customer service whilst continuing to grow, our client is looking for a great Technical Support Advisor to assist with any issues clients may be having with their hot tubs.

Role Overview:
As a Technical Support advisor, your role will consist of assisting and attempting to diagnose and resolve customer issues over the phone. If the issues cannot be resolve over the phone, you will arrange for an engineer to visit and sort the issues out. Having knowledge on electrical appliances and hot tubs is a great advantage for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service, including product knowledge, practical advice, empathy and patience
• Manage workload efficiently in a busy environment.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the company, applicable to your skills and experience.
Skills and Experience:
• Excellent computer skills to enter data and maintain company CRM
• Confident phone manner
• Proven experience in resolving customer queries and demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on your own initiative while being an effective team player.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
• Good knowledge on electrical appliances is helpful
