- £38,000 per annum plus circa £5,000 service charge
- 50 hours per week, working Wednesday to Sunday
- Play a key role in the restaurants next chapter as they aim for 2 Rosettes

- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Upholding the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency
- Contributing your creativity to an ever-evolving menu
