The position offers a salary of £38,000 per annum, plus an additional circa £5,000 in service charge, with a 50-hour work week from Wednesday to Sunday.
The Sous Chef will play a vital role in the restaurant's pursuit of a second Rosette, contributing creativity to the evolving menu and leading the team.
Responsibilities include mentoring junior members, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, and working in a fast-paced environment that averages 600 covers weekly.
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and ideally possess relevant experience in a similar high-caliber setting.
