Property Inspections Clerk – Exciting Opportunity in BillericaySalary £28,000 + Car Allowance + BonusWe are looking for dedicated Property Inspections Clerks to join a busy lettings team in Billericay. This varied role will see you visiting properties throughout Essex, carrying out inspections, producing detailed reports, and ensuring properties are well-maintained for landlords and tenants.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections, generate condition reports, and communicate with landlords.
  • Address maintenance issues with tenants and liaise with Property Managers to resolve them.
  • Mediate between landlords and tenants regarding property condition and deposit disputes.
  • Use bespoke software on an iPad to record and manage inspection details.
Essential Requirements:
  • Previous experience in residential lettings is beneficial, but not essential (training provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Own car and clean driving license.
