Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Assure Personnel are pleased to be recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our client in Billericay!As a member of the recruitment team, you will work alongside management to help drive their operational recruitment model. Your main responsibility will be to attract local candidates, engage with candidates in a timely manner, from point of application to initial contract.The Role

• Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Keeping up to date with legislation around recruitment and right to work checks
• Social media engagement, utilising LinkedIn
• Proactively searching for candidates via job boards and other social media tools
• Identifying high calibre candidates for both the active and potential roles
• Ensuring that all roles are worked on, keeping management up to date on the progress of applications

Experience required

• Recruitment experience
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Social media posting and engagement experience
• To be motivated and driven
• High organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

The salary for this role will be £25,000 - £28,000REF: INDCO
