Are you a successful, experienced Development Finance Broker interested in playing an integral role in the growth of a highly ambitious property finance brokerage.

This is unique opportunity for a talented Development Finance Broker to specialise with in providing property finance solutions within the development finance (Residential, Semi Commercial, Commercial and Refurbishment).

You will have access to a fantastic lead source, arranging finance for property developers, securing finance from some of the best specialist lenders in the market.

Experience required:

Candidates need to have in depth experience of placing development finance enquiries.
CeMAP Qualified desired
You must have a minimum 3 years experience working within specialist property finance sector (Development Finance, Bridging Finance and Commercial Mortgages).
You will be self motivated and have strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Willing to learn and implement new skills and knowledge quickly
Comfortable dealing with HNW clients and their unique requirements
Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
Adept at multi-tasking
Well organised and a strong communicator

Salary Details:

This is a self employed opportunity (with a generous monthly guarantee) + excellent commission + additional profit based bonus.

Once established, a genuine opportunity is possible to earn £150-250k per annum.
