- Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and health and safety standards
- Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
