Senior Carer (Full and Part Time Available)

Beaumont Home Care are currently looking for an experienced, organised and kind-hearted Senior Carer to join their incredible team.

Role & Responsibilities as a the Senior Carer will include:

• Assisting clients with their daily living and personal care
• Supervising a team of care professionals, providing support and assistance
• Undertaking staff spot checks
• Sharing best practice, skills and knowledge with your team
• Reporting any issues to the management team
• Accurate maintenance of records, audits and compliance
• Ensure care is delivered in line with relevant policies, procedures and practises
• Undertake duties as assigned by the Registered Manager
• Attend induction, in-house training, staff meetings and events
• Part of the on-call rota team

Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
