A leading Property Services Company is seeking a Multi Skilled Plumber to perform repairs and maintenance in Basildon and surrounding areas.
The role involves carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties, with a primary focus on plumbing works.
Candidates should be able to perform additional tasks such as minor carpentry, patch plastering, and tiling, while maintaining accurate paperwork using a PDA.
Applicants must possess a full UK driving license for at least 12 months and hold a trade-related qualification like City and Guilds or NVQ level 2.
The salary for this position is competitive, and prior experience in the field is required.

Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Plumber to join a leading Property Services Company carrying out repairs and maintenance works around Basildon and surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

You will carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties in the area
Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance with core trade being plumbing works, Installing sanitary ware, taps, sinks, showers and toilets etc
Able to carry out works outside of core trade to include minor carpentry works, patch plastering and tiling etc
Update and maintain accurate paperwork including the use of PDA

Requirements:

Must have full UK driving license for at least 12 months as work van provided
Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
Customer focused
