Looking to recruit a Multi Trade Plumber to join a leading Property Services Company carrying out repairs and maintenance works around Wickford

Offering £34,000 - £35,000 + van and fuel card + great benefits

Responsibilities:

You will carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties in the area
Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance with core trade being plumbing works, Installing sanitary ware, taps, sinks, showers and toilets etc
Able to carry out works outside of core trade to include minor carpentry works, patch plastering and tiling etc
Update and maintain accurate paperwork including the use of PDA

Requirements:

Must have full UK driving license for at least 12 months as work van provided
Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
Customer focused
