We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our client's team in Wynyard. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's success. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with your line manager to develop annual strategies and craft compelling value propositions for your assigned accounts.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular calls, tailored proposals, and timely resolution of queries, ensuring targets are met.
  • Prospecting: Proactively engage with potential new clients and reconnect with underutilised accounts to drive business growth.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to generate leads and share product insights, keeping clients informed and engaged.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, prepare insightful reports, and share key data with your line manager.
  • General Support: Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and assist with tasks such as answering phones, ensuring smooth team operations.

  • Has a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in every task.
  • Thrives under pressure, maintaining efficiency and composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Shows a willingness to learn and stay informed about market trends and product insights.
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with NetSuite or similar software - though this is not essential.
