Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage invoices, including matching purchase orders and delivery notes
- Handle accounts payable and assist with monthly/yearly financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Oversee end-to-end payroll, VAT returns, and CIS returns
- Maintain accurate financial records and liaise with suppliers, customers, and team members
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven accounting experience, ideally in a small business or construction setting
- Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Experience in payroll processing and VAT returns
