Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and advisory work is delivered to the highest standard
  • Providing tax planning and advisory services, including restructuring, R&D tax relief, and other complex tax matters
  • Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals, ensuring their development and success
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Supporting partners in business development activities and contributing to the firm’s growth strategy
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in Corporate Tax, including compliance and advisory work
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
