Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and advisory work is delivered to the highest standard
- Providing tax planning and advisory services, including restructuring, R&D tax relief, and other complex tax matters
- Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals, ensuring their development and success
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Supporting partners in business development activities and contributing to the firm’s growth strategy
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Significant experience in Corporate Tax, including compliance and advisory work
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
