Key Responsibilities:
- Process Cash and RR Imports daily
- Update cashflow daily
- Process PL Invoices daily
- Instructor Training Administration & Credit Control
- Process Starters and Leavers in Sage
- Fogz Adjustments including PPC and cheques
- Purchase Ledger Statement Recs
- Purchase Ledger Payment Run
- PPC report
- Code and process Credit Cards
- Ad Hoc sales invoices including FBTC
- Direct Debit management - Bacs notfications, auddis, run direct debit files
- Provide cover for other team members when required
Technical Skills Required:
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
