Our client is the largest designer and manufacturer of energy efficient, bespoke Swedish timber frame homes in the UK and they have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor / Coordinator to join their Show Centre in East Grinstead, West Sussex. A full job specification will be sent to you on application.About the roleAs a Customer Service Advisor / Coordinator, you will hold a vital position within the company, working closely with the Sales Team in the Show Centre. You will be responsible for providing an efficient secretarial and administration service to the Sales Team, so you will need to be very organised and efficient. Responsibilities will include:

  • Following up leads generated through marketing and advertising
  • Meeting with customers, providing a first-class service
  • Liaising with people using tact, diplomacy, enthusiasm and efficiency at all times
  • Acquiring an excellent working knowledge of the Company’s products and services
  • Being available for Saturday rota and exhibition work, attending exhibitions and Open Days
  • Monitoring delivery dates of components and charting progress
  • Liaising with other departments and attending regular internal meetings
  • Assisting the Project Manager with administration and sales tasks

About the rewardsFor the role of Customer Service Advisor / Coordinator, there is a salary on offer of £28,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits including:

  • 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

About youAs a Customer Service Advisor / Coordinator, you must have / be:

  • Excellent organisational, customer service, communication and administration experience
