- Identifying customer spare parts requirements
- Speaking to customers over the phone
- Pre picking parts
- Organizing return parts
- Invoicing
- Sales order processing
Requirements for Parts Advisor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience within the automotive industry
- A can do attitude
- Good time keeping
