ob Title: AdministratorLocation: BillingshurstSalary: £13.46 per hourContract Type: TemporaryKey Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the construction team, ensuring smooth operations across various projects.- Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and databases with a high level of accuracy.- Manage and organize site paperwork, including health and safety documents, contracts, and project reports.- Handle daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls or emails.- Liaise with site managers, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate deliveries, schedules, and resources.- Produce detailed reports and documentation using Excel; must be proficient in formulas, data analysis, and report generation.- Assist in tracking project progress and budget management through accurate data input and updates.- Organize and manage site meetings, including taking minutes and distributing action points.- General office duties such as ordering supplies, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.Key Requirements:- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction industry.- Must be highly organized with excellent attention to detail.- Advanced Excel skills - able to use formulas, create pivot tables, and generate reports.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.- Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive to various locations when needed.- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
