Janco Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator on behalf of their clients based in Willenhall, Wolverhampton.


The Office Administrator will be joining a small team and will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and business.

The working hours are typically Monday to Thursday 8am to5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm however flexibility on these hours can be discussed for the right candidate.


Duties

  • Manage daily office operations.
  • Processing orders and keeping customers updated.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases using Microsoft Excel and SAGE50.
  • Answer phone calls, demonstrating an excellent phone manner.
  • Organise office supplies and ensure a tidy workspace.
  • Provide administrative support to management as required.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with customers.
  • Assisting with products on ECommerce platforms.

Experience and Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel
  • Experience with SAGE50 or similar software desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones.
