Role Overview:
As a School Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the school office. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining student records, and ensuring effective communication within the school community. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help create a welcoming and efficient environment for staff, students, and parents alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries from parents, students, and staff.
Maintain student records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Assist with the preparation of school correspondence and reports.
Support the administration of school events and activities.
Coordinate the scheduling of meetings and appointments for school staff.
Process and manage school finances, including invoicing and payments.
Ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained.
Qualifications:
