A Sales Executive is required to join a well-established steel manufacturing business providing design & installation of Architectural steel work. Based at their site near Wolverhampton, you will be working within the Sales & Estimating team, playing a crucial role in driving sales through existing customers, and being the appointed person in the business that will follow all incoming leads and following up on all quotations.

Key responsibilities include -
- Following up on leads & quotations to create new sales opportunities
- Developing and maintaining accounts by establishing strong relationships
- Driving sales and maintaining excellent customer service to both new and existing customers
- Handling related queries and provide effective resolutions
- Ensuring CRM systems are accurately tracked and updated
Ideal skills & experience -
- Proven sales experience, preferably in steel, manufacturing or related industries
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and confident nature with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer focused - driven to provide a consistent high level of service.
