Salary: £65,000K-£80000K DOE

Reporting to the Executive Leadership team member, we are seeking a Head of Marketing who will be responsible for driving the strategic marketing initiatives and daily operational marketing activities for the Group. This role requires a dynamic leader who will oversee, coordinate and execute the marketing efforts for the Group's key brands-Repose Seating, Harvest Healthcare, Smirthwaite, Prism Medical UK, and Oxford. The Head of Marketing will be supporting the Export Sales Team to enhance international market reach. This is a new role so a practical approach to executing tasks and putting in place new processes is required.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the Group's overall business objectives.
- Ensure consistency in brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all brands in the Group.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead the creation of annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs for each brand and the Group.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of brand / product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Drive the performance of the marketing team, ensuring delivery on new product launches and other campaign objectives.
- Act as a key point of escalation and decision-making for marketing-related challenges within the Group.
Marketing Execution
- Oversee daily marketing activities, ensuring campaigns, promotions, and product launches are executed effectively and on time, regularly executing tasks themselves.
- Collaborate with product managers to develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing products.
- Guide the development of marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and events to support brand and sales activities.
- Work closely with the Export Sales Team to develop tailored marketing materials and strategies for international markets.
- Manage the Group websites and drive the digital marketing strategy
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development.
- Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing detailed reports to senior management.
- Monitor the ROI of marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and budgets.
- Adapt strategies based on data insights and evolving market dynamics.

Essential skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare, manufacturing or product based distribution sectors.
- Experience in B2B Marketing.
- Experience of implementing new websites and CRM systems.
