An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and commercially driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join the Executive Board of a leading financial services business. This pivotal role will shape and deliver the company's growth strategy, drive both organic and acquisition-led expansion, and oversee multiple business subsidiaries - all while ensuring a client-centric approach remains at the heart of the proposition.Role overview:To lead the commercial function with full strategic and operational responsibility, increasing revenue, enhancing profitability, and building a sustainable platform for long-term success.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute the commercial strategy in collaboration with the Executive Board. Lead the Adviser workforce and oversee commercial acquisitions and integrations. Drive business development initiatives to secure new clients and strengthen client retention. Build and manage a robust acquisition pipeline, ensuring seamless integration of new businesses. Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and innovative growth opportunities. Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity to inform strategic decision-making. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, client satisfaction, and service excellence. Provide strategic oversight to subsidiary businesses, ensuring alignment with broader objectives. Promote and protect the organisation's brand and reputation. Establish and monitor KPIs to track the success of commercial initiatives and adapt strategies as needed.

What you'll bring to the role:Extensive leadership experience within the Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or broader Financial Services sector. Proven success leading multi-disciplinary commercial teams and delivering sustainable growth. Deep understanding of FCA regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. Significant experience in business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth strategies. Experience operating within a Private Equity-backed environment (advantageous). Demonstrable expertise in acquisition strategy, particularly in the IFA market (preferred). Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Resilient, results-focused, and entrepreneurial leadership style.
