Fabricator

We currently have an immediate requirement for skilled fabricators to join a well-established manufacturing company based in the Bilston area. The ideal candidate will be working a rotating shift pattern consisting of morning and afternoon shifts with early finishes on both Friday shifts. You will receive shift allowance on your afternoon shift.

Duties

Assemble metal components according to specifications and technical drawings.

Use Mig welding techniques on mild steel and aluminium.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and resolve any fabrication issues that arise.

Experience

Proven experience using Mig welding techniques.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Strong understanding of basic maths for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.

Mechanical knowledge is essential.

Proven experience Mig welding mild steel of various thicknesses.

Experience Mig welding aluminium is desirable not essential.
