SF Recruitment has partnered with a dynamic and fast-paced business based in the Wolverhampton area. We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the team on a temporary basis for approximately two months, with the possibility of extension.
Role Details:
Pay Rate: £17.95 - £20.70 per hour + £5k car allowance
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Wolverhampton
Contract Type: Temporary
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert HR support to managers on employee relations issues.
Assist with absence management, including liaising with Occupational Health.
Manage and maintain effective relationships with trade unions where required.
Drive the performance management process to support organisational objectives.
Support the recruitment and selection process.
Undertake ad hoc HR projects as needed.
Key Requirements:
CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
Proven experience as an HR Advisor in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
