- Serve as the primary point of contact for all people-related matters, engaging in various aspects of the employee life cycle.
- Advise, coach and support line managers on performance management, employee relations, HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Effectively support and manage employee relations cases.
- Guide managers in addressing sickness absence cases.
- Implement initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Collect and analyse employee data to inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Home Office sponsorship requirements and right-to-work checks.
- Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage HR administration tasks.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives that align with our organisational goals.
- Champion and promote company’s organisational values.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- CIPD qualified to a minimum of Level 3.
- Proficient in Office 365.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously.
- Self-motivated, confident, and approachable with a 'can-do' flexible attitude towards work requirements.
- c£30,000 depending on experience
