Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the diaries and schedules for the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, including booking meetings, travel, and accommodations
  • Offering comprehensive support to the Managing Director, ensuring all necessary information is prepared for daily tasks
  • Handling communications, including correspondence and calls, on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Supporting HR functions, assisting managers and staff when needed
  • Coordinating visits from stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and shareholders, ensuring smooth logistics and hospitality
  • Managing the company car fleet by organising maintenance and services
  • Organising meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action points
  • Leading projects such as office and staff welfare refurbishments
  • Facilitating Group meetings and providing administrative support to the wider team
  • Handling general administrative tasks to keep business operations running smoothly, including covering reception during absences
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, including Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Equality & Diversity regulations

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, particularly supporting senior management
  • Strong confidentiality and discretion skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • High levels of confidence, self-motivation, and initiative
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A good understanding of the local community and its needs
