We can offer on-going opportunities working on long-term commercial marine projects based in the Birkenhead area.
These roles are ideal for Platers adept at reading engineering drawings, skilled in the fabrication of heavy plate and are experienced with metal cutting / burning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plating and fabricate large structures / fabrications.
- Working from Engineers drawings
- Using overhead cranes
- Burning with oxy-acetylene torches and using general hand tools
Pay Rates: (PAYE)
- 20 basic Monday to Friday (Basic 38 hrs)
- 30 Overtime Monday to Saturday
- 40 Overtime on Sundays.
- On average, typical week worked is 48 - 56 hours
