The School and Role

This large, two-form entry primary school near Prenton, Wirral are looking to appoint a nurturing and passionate Primary Teacher to work in a Reception class.  The role will be full-time, starting immediately, and will be on a long-term basis until July, with the role becoming permanent for September 2025 for the right candidate.  This is a very busy, but friendly primary school, striving to achieve only the best possible outcomes for all of their children.  The school has a warm and friendly atmosphere with staff who aim to provide excellent, high quality teaching and learning and was awarded Ofsted 'Good' with outstanding areas in their most recent inspection. 

The Desired Primary Teacher will have;

  • QTS in the UK
  • Experience working with Primary aged children
  • A positive and creative approach to behaviour and confidence building
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
