Your Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with the classroom teacher to deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
- Plan and oversee age-appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and learning.
- Maintain classroom ratios to ensure a safe and structured learning environment.
- Provide individual and small group support, helping children build confidence.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and report on student progress to support their ongoing development.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
- Have experience in a primary school setting and an understanding of classroom dynamics.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Be enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about early childhood education.
- Be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
