Location: Wirral

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:15 PM - 3:30 PM

Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join my client's early years team on a temporary, part-time basis. The successful candidate will work afternoons from Monday to Friday, supporting their early years educators in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for their young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities.
  • Support children's social, emotional, and educational development.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
  • Observe and record children's progress and provide feedback to parents and teachers.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education.
  • Previous experience working with young children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and patient attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
