You will be at the heart of the sales operations, supporting the Sales Manager and Directors by providing essential admin assistance. Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a commercial energy admin and finance role within a sales office
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a customer-focused attitude

What will your role look like?

  • Ensure sales contracts are accurately drawn up, reviewed against the CRM, and submitted on time to suppliers
  • Manage the entire sales contract submission process until contracts go live
  • Process and follow up on pricing requests and energy invoice validations through an online portal
  • Produce business reports on a monthly basis and manage sales-related data
  • Assist with financial reporting and payroll preparation alongside the Directors
  • Provide after-sales support and respond to inbound customer queries professionally
  • Perform daily checks and manage crucial sales admin tasks like lock-ins, terminations, and pending contracts
