Position:Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant

Hours:8:30 AM - 4:10 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary:98 per day

Chalk Education is seeking a Psychology Graduate to join a supportive team as a SEN Teaching Assistant . This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a child with social emotional mental health and attachment disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualised learning plans.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective communication and support.
• Engage the child in meaningful activities to promote social, emotional, and academic development.
• Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.

Requirements:

• A degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Passion for working with children with special educational needs.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to Safeguarding
• Ability to commit to a long-term role.
