An Ofsted rated 'Good' Primary school based in the Wirral (CH41) are looking for a funand outgoing Teaching Assistant to join their brilliant Mainstream PrimarySchool, supporting pupils in a Year 3 classroom.Experience preferred but NOT required!
The role:
- Working as a Teaching Assistant within a Year 3classroom, supporting pupils with their learning
- Hours 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Based within an Ofsted rated 'Good' 2 - form entry school in Birkenhead
- Pay rates between 90.00- 100.00 per day
The responsibilities:
- You will be working alongside the class teacher, supporting pupils and teacher both inside and outside the classroom
- You will possess a resilient attitude with good behaviour management techniques,contributing positively to children's education.
- Undertaking admin tasks such as photocopying and playground duty
- Taking small groups of children for planned interventions such as phonics sessions
- Working 1:1 with children who require extra support with their curriculum-based learning
- Creating eye-catching displays for the classroom
- Upholding the school's ethos and Safeguarding at all times
- Fostering a love of learning within ALL pupils.
