An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Will Writer to join my clients team on a hybrid basis in their Birkenhead Office.
My client is a highly regarded national law firm specialising in a variety of law disciplines such as Court of Protection, Private Client & Conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities;
- Attending initial Client consultations via Video Call and taking instructions on legal documents including Wills.
- Ongoing communication with clients via e-mail and telephone.
- Identifying the needs of the Client and advising on wills and estate planning to suit their needs.
- Drafting Simple and Complex Wills
- Using case management system
- Accurately maintain client records and correspondence on our systems, making sure that all compliance and regulatory standards are met
Experience:
2 Years Experience in Will Writing is required for this role.
