ROLE: Hotel Operations Manager
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: £40-45,000 per year - This is a full-time permanent position working 5 days out of 7, working evenings and weekends.
* My client is looking for a very hands-on Hotel Operations Manager to play a pivotal role within this busy 4-star hotel circa 100-bedrooms, with easy access to motorway, train and airport hubs. The hotel has a good positioning in the Birmingham area.
* Require a strong leader who has a stable and very strong F&B background to be able to focus on food and liquor GP, staff development/training and profit conversion.
* Our ideal candidate will be a Hotel Manager or Operations Manager who has held this role for over 12 months within a 4-star branded hotel, who are a strong F&B operator and understand what needs to be done to achieve results.
* You must have your own transport to carry out weekly travel to the sister property to support the newly appointed GM.
