Mitchell Adam is thrilled to partner with a niche, market-leading Real Estate client in their search for a driven and ambitious Assistant Management Accountant. Based in their stunning, central office, you'll be an integral part of a close-knit and collaborative accounts team, working alongside an experienced team and dedicated Finance Manager. This role offers unparalleled mentorship and training, setting you on the path to becoming a future leader.

Collaborating closely with the Finance Manager, you'll, perform accurate bank and supplier reconciliations, gradually take on advanced responsibilities like accruals, prepayments, and assisting with management and financial accounts preparation. Even gain hands-on experience in key areas such as client management and stakeholder interaction.

Skills Needed

  • A proactive and positive mindset, with a keen appetite for learning and growth.
  • Ideally AAT-qualified, with foundational double-entry knowledge and a commitment to pursuing ACCA/CIMA qualifications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, thriving in a dynamic and engaging team environment.
  • Previous exposure to accruals and prepayments, laying the groundwork for further development.
