Your new roleThe Commercial Business Partner is considered the main link between the operational team and the finance function within the business. In this role you will provide high quality financial analysis and insight, challenging the operational leads and helping to manage costs and improve performance.
What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, with strong business partnering experience and excellent communication skills. Experience within the care sector is a significant advantage, but not essential.What you'll get in return Our client offers a flexible hybrid approach, ideally looking for someone who can be in the Birmingham office twice per week.
