Key Responsibilities of the Financial Accountant:- Regularly review balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Take the lead in group reporting activities using relevant financial software, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Prepare monthly Issue Based Reconciliations, including detailed commentary and analysis of KPIs.
- Assist with the preparation of forecasts and budgets to support strategic financial planning.
- Support the preparation of statutory accounts, ensuring full adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, helping to ensure financial stability and growth.
- A recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
