The Company

An established name within their industry with an extremely well-respected name, our financial services client has experienced a significant up-turn in business recently and to support their continued plans for future growth they are looking for an ambitious Financial Reporting Accountant to join their team.

The Role

Working in fast-paced environment delivering high quality work against tight timescales the role involves overseeing the production and publication of Scheme Reports and Accounts and working closely with auditors for annual audits. The successful candidate will also take ownership of issues, contribute to continuous process improvements, mentor junior colleagues, participate in governance reporting and committees, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

The Person

Ideally qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a financial services environment you will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work. This would also be a great opportunity if you are looking for your first move from practice. With a strong aptitude for working with numbers and demonstrating an enthusiasm for tackling complex investigations and problem-solving tasks you will have a pro-active approach to learning and personal development able to work in a fast-paced environment.
