Your new companyOur client is a large, complex multi-site organisation with a headquarters near Birmingham. The business is entering a significant period of change and transformation and this appointment is key to delivering the medium-term strategic plan.

Your new roleSupporting the Group Finance Director, you will lead a large finance team, which includes group reporting and shared services. You will lead the finance transformation programme, covering cultural change, integration, people development and system improvement.

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will be a qualified accountant, ideally with experience in a large, multi-site organisation. You will need excellent people leadership and development skills, proven transformation experience and the ability to manage day-to-day financial control. You will need to bring energy and a proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to quickly build effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
