Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant:- Lead the production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
- Deliver financial analysis, including dashboards, month-end reports, and forecasts.
- Monitor and report on variances to budget and initiative delivery plans.
- Provide training to operational teams on business reporting and KPIs.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with operational teams.
- Attend client finance meetings and address contract-related financial issues.
- Reconcile payroll forecasts, manage balance sheet risks, and escalate as necessary.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in financial control and business partnering
