The Role:
As a Part-Time Management Accountant (3-4 days per week), you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the agency's financial health. This isn't just about crunching numbers-it's about providing valuable insights that drive profitability and business growth. You'll be working closely with senior stakeholders, helping them make data-driven decisions in a dynamic, high-energy environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Providing commercial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Ensuring smooth financial operations in a fast-moving, creative setting
- Partnering with internal teams to optimize financial performance
Who We're Looking For:
- A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with solid management accounting experience
- Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, energetic, and innovative environment
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
- Prior experience in a marketing, media, or creative industry is a bonus

*Please note the salary for this role is pro rata £43,000 (4 Days Per Week) - £58,000 (3 Days Per Week) meaning take home would be £35,000. Days per week will be dependent on experience.
