Mitchell Adam are delighted to be recruiting for our longstanding financial services client based near the iconic, industrial black country. The client has recently undergone positive change with the introduction of new systems, a merger and bolstered teams, and is looking for a part-qualified Finance Business Partner to work closely alongside a financial accountant to provide timely and accurate reporting for client entities.
The successful candidate will be gaining fantastic commercial exposure working in a large finance function. The day to day will be diverse and include reviewing operational income and expenditure, monitoring KPI reports, highlighting trends and variances and producing the monthly P&L accounts with commentary before presenting to the stat accounts and commercial team.
Skills Needed
- Prior exposure preparing the P&L forecasts on a rolling basis.
- Experience in refining processes around cost management, and working within an environment in an acquisition phase would be beneficial.
- Be a confident and comfortable business partner, able to articulate examples working across departments with non-financial stakeholders.
- Have an interest in joining a business in a growth phase with agile and dynamic teams.
