Role Overview

We are delighted to partner once again with one of Birmingham's top-tier Property Management firms, known for their ambitious growth trajectory and expanding sector. To support this, they are seeking an Assistant Accountant to apply themselves in the Service team. This role will suit someone who thrives in a collaborative, down-to-earth environment and enjoys working within a supportive, people-first team. The primary focus will be managing service charge year-end accounts, completing detailed reconciliations on the income and expenditure and prepayments and accruals.

This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in the property sector. You will use your broader accounts knowledge and apply it to handle SC cash reconciliations, oversee VAT, manage arrears and voids, and build effective working relationships with both the Property Management and Asset Management teams.
