Senior Client Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Managing service charge reconciliations and year-end accounts for commercial and residential properties.
• Maintaining property management systems like Tramps or Yardi Voyager for lease setup, terminations, and rent reviews.
• Overseeing financial reports, tenant demands, receipts, and client reporting.
• Leading and mentoring junior accountants, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to meet KPIs.
• Preparing and reviewing service charge budgets, financial reports, and tenant accounts.
• Ensuring compliance with property accounting standards and timelines.

Requirements:

• Experience in Client Accounting: Managing service charge accounts, rent reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in software like TRAMPS, Yardi Voyager, or Qube.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior accountants, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Advanced Excel skills, experience with service charge budgets, and year-end reconciliations.
• Clear communication with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate financial insights and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with financial standards and deadlines.
