Our Birmingham based client is currently looking to take on a Accounts Assistant to be based out of their offices on a full time permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join for a small vibrant team who provide themselves on the service they provide.
You tasks will include but limited to
- To process any payments into the business on a daily - weekly basis
- Raise and issue invoices to clients
- Reconciliations of bank receipts for clients
- Liaise and work closely with other departments within the business
- Credit control
- Deal with any accounting enquires relating to clients
- Admin duties within department
You will have experience of working in an accounts department and have a good understanding of commercial accounting as well as being confident speaking to customers on the phone.
Exposure to a banking system would be beneficial as well as taking card payments.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
