I'm currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a housing association on a temporary basis to start immediately, This role offers a great pay rate, a chance to work in such a wonderful sector and hybrid working,
Location: Birmingham
Contract: Ongoing (Min 5 months)
Working Type: Hybrid (3/2 Split)
- To process supplier master data changes, invoices and payments and expense claims
- To proactively resolve any issues which arise in relation to matching purchase orders, goods received notes and invoices.
- To support the rest of the finance team as appropriate, for example acting as holiday cover
- Electronic invoicing and electronic storage of invoices using index document management system
- Monitor of utility charges.Â
- Raise rechargeable invoices via the systemÂ
- Check Council Tax Invoices prior to paymentÂ
- Checking payment of expenses – that they are duly authorized before payment
